Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Made to Order Products

All products sold on this website are made to order. Once an order has been sent for processing, production, printing, packaging, or shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is received and approved within the 2-hour cancellation window, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Non-Cancellable Orders

Cancellation requests may not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The order has entered production or printing.
  • The order has been packed for dispatch.
