Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Since all products are made specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for the following reasons:
Change of Mind
We are unable to offer refunds if you simply decide that you no longer want the item after it has been produced or shipped.
Incorrect Size or Variant Selection
Please review all product details carefully before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for sizes, variants, or options selected incorrectly during checkout.
Personal Preference
Refunds cannot be issued because you do not like the design, colour, material, or overall appearance after receiving the product, provided the product matches the description on our website.
Colour Variations
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device screen, display settings, and lighting conditions. Minor variations between on-screen previews and the final printed product are normal and do not qualify for refunds.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect information entered during checkout may not qualify for refunds.
Replacement Policy
Where a claim is approved, we may issue a replacement item at no additional cost.
Replacement products will be produced and shipped once the claim has been reviewed and approved.
Processing and shipping times for replacement orders may vary depending on product availability and production schedules.
Refund Policy
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service provider.
Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, although some financial institutions may take longer.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as quickly as possible.
We can only guarantee changes if production has not yet started.
Once an item enters production, we may no longer be able to:
- Cancel the order
- Change the shipping address
- Modify product options
- Change quantities
Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location
- Contacting household members or neighbours
- Reaching out to the courier directly
If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.
